It’s good, not the best but good.

Definitely gives me the pump that I need for a work out without quite a level of caffeine as other ones I have previously used. It’s a little sour for my liking and I tend to just chug it as the flavor is not something to savor. But overall, it does what it’s supposed to.

Great Product with Great Energy

I already knew I liked Alpha Theory's pre-workout and BCAAs from a previous purchase so I knew that I would like the Blue Razz Pre-workout. I love the energy I get from this pre-workout. It's not over the top as some pre-workouts can be, which is why I choose the lower-stim product. I do have to say though that I am not in love with the Blue Razz flavor. I love the Pink Lemonade one more and hope that Alpha Theory stocks up on that one soon. Either way, I love Alpha Theory's products and will continue to purchase and use them for the future.

I've been lifting for a few years and have tried many different pre-workouts. When I came across Alpha Theory I decided to purchase the K9 White (lower stim) because I sometimes have a weak stomach when it comes to supplements. If you're looking for a no b.s. pre-workout that gets the job done and isn't through the roof expensive then this is the one for you. I felt no stomach issues even when taken on an empty stomach and the product gave me enough juice to fuel my workout without making me feel queasy. I would recommend you go with the higher stim black if you are experienced with pre-workout as I feel the white may be not quite strong enough for advanced users.

Awesome product! Great for my afternoon workouts when I need that extra push to power through. Just the right amount of caffeine to finish off the day.
