What is your return policy?

We are always happy to help! Typically if you do need to return a product you can email us and we will send you return label within 24 hours to print off and apply to your package to send back. Once revived we will issue your money back to your account.

How long does it take to ship? 

We fulfill all orders made before 4:00pm MST the same day. All orders made after that time will be fulfilled the next day. Our standard USA shipping is typically 3-4 business days for the product to be shipped to you. And 1-2 business days on expedited orders.

Are you a US company? 

Yes we are based in Salt Lake City Utah. And ship and manufacture all our products here in the US. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes we do! Check out our drop down to see which countries we ship too. We are experts in tariffs and customs. You can see your currency converter at checkout to learn more when you select a product to purchase. 

Are you on Amazon? 

We are on Amazon! Feel free to look us up and order off Amazon. We do all our fulfillment through amazon and our facility. 

What are your certifications? 

FDA regulated and GMP certified. We want to be as transparent as possible and keep absolute quality in every product we manufacture and distribute. Having a facility that is local in the US helps to keep this possible. Keeping complete communication and cutting out any middle men help to mediate mistakes and preserve quality assurance.  

Are you in any retail stores? 

We are in some local gym and supplement/nutritional stores. Shout us out if you see any of our products! We would love to hear from you. 

What do you use to process payments? 

Currently we use the secure SHOPIFY system. You can choose your checkout method either using our primary service provider STRIPE or PayPal services at checkout. 

Are you going to be in GNC or Vitamin Shop? 

We do plan to hopefully get big enough to expand to these store fronts. Although currently we are just starting out and although sales are increasing by the day we wouldn't be able to supply all the GNC locations. discuss this in the hopefully near future. Help us get there! 

Do you plan on expanding your product lines? 

Yes! Big time. We will be releasing a lot more options as we grow! We put each product through tests and trials before we fully release them to the public. So it does take a lot of time!
